Stanmore office and first floor unit renovation.
Thorough Built recently completed an office/ first floor unit renovation in Stanmore. The building was over 100 years old and suffering from some major issues including extreme termite damage, rising damp, asbestos and bricks suffering from salt attack. The termites had eaten almost all the major support beams causing the upstairs floor to drop, tearing the above waterproofing membrane in the bathroom. All of the above issues were rectified and new life was breathed into the old building.
